Because EMD’s will play an important role for this, we could look at separating out the different end users (EMD’s, REIM’s, other exempt markets, and also Investors themselves who want an unbiased opinion. If you want to add in owners trying to decide if to buy or lease we could add them in as well). The pages could identify the end user’s benefits and the services that apply to them. Each page could also link to relevant content for that end user (from strategically set up categories in the blog). Each page would also be optimized for relevant keywords. We can also add in a feature where EMD’s can have a username and password to access confidential EMD information.
Services Pages:
I think it’s important here that we create sample reports so they can visually see the end result, but then also outline the process and timelines to get there. Definitely want to add a Call to Action here to make an easy next step
Credibility Content:
If you have some testimonials and different types of companies that you have worked with it would be great if we could create a portfolio, showing how you have had results in Real Estate, Oil & Gas and with EMD’s. This could be in the form of case studies or creating some small videos or showcasing some great results. This can stand on its own as a section of the mini-site as well as different case studies can link to the appropriate end use pages
Site Optimization
We would research your competitor in Vancouver and also do some keyword research to understand key terms we want to place for on the search engines. Then we would optimize the content. We would also do some research online to “curate” some existing content for the blog so that it is not empty for our new categories and so we can optimize more content with our keywords. We would also schedule this blog content to show up in your social media feeds.
Content Creation:
We would work with you to take what you have for content, and then identify gaps of missing content. We can then create the missing content for you (with your assistance in giving us the core information we would require), source photos, and tailor the content/layout of pages to be easy to read, and optimized for keywords.
