Semi-Annual Review
- Review Adwords campaigns for keyword and ad effectiveness.
- Send insights, along with recommendations for changes
- Complete agreed upon recommended changes to campaigns
- Review digital marketing overall to see what’s working to bring in new patients using:
- Your Google Analytics
- Your Social Media Activity (if applicable)
- Your Newsletter Activity (if applicable)
- Your Call Rail Reports
- Your Form Submissions
- Your reporting of enquiries (mentioned above)
- Make recommendations to work on
- Complete agreed upon recommended changes in the next period.
Website Changes
Max 3 hours per month:
- Complete website content changes in a timely fashion (normally within 2 business days unless sizable amount of changes).
- Maintain plugin updates to the site
Social Media Posting or Newsletter Distribution
- Find relevant topics to share on social media and promote content from Calm and Sense, OR
- Create and Distribute a newsletter once a month and update with any new contacts
