Have a specialist who understands dynamic urls review Webmaster Tools and give us a full report on red flags and areas to focus to get Waller Real Estate back ranking strongly in the listings. We will also have him look at the mobile effectiveness and speed for Google’s upcoming changes. When he is done we can work out an SEO budget and timeline to get the recommendations completed.
Website Changes – $250 – complete date – April 1st
Add Read more buttons and links from About page by realtors to their pages
Create a new Careers page using raw content from Lana. Suggest layout, refine the content, optimize the content and upload content and graphics.
4 PowerPoint Presentations = $1500 – complete date – May 1st
Design a PowerPoint template that fits with the brand of Waller Real Estate
Using the PowerPoint presentations received from Lana adjust a listing and buyers presentation adjust to fit in the new template
Create a Training PowerPoint for new agents to set up Email Addresses, Use InfusionSoft etc. Work with Lana on steps and incorporate some video tutorials into the presentation
Create an Introductory to Waller Real Estate for Realtor Candidates – raw content to come from Lana. Refine and lay it out to flow well and look good in a PowerPoint presentation
InfusionSoft Email – $500 – complete date – May 1st
Design and Create an InfusionSoft email template that can easily be replicated for multiple agents. Work with Lana to see if they agents can get access to only their email stats for follow ups and leads.
OPTIONAL – 2 – Mini Promotional Plan – complete date – $2000 – May 15th
Create a promotional copy to promote the Market Snapshot from Top Producer and Careers via advertising, social media, email marketing and the website
Create a Google Ad campaign and Facebook Ad Campaign (ad budget not included)
Create landing page for Market Snapshot
Create CTA buttons and forms for conversion
Work with Lana on a follow up Drip Campaign for Market Snapshot and Facebook Campaign
