- Downloaded indexed pages on Google and assigned to new urls
- Created a 301 redirect file for host to upload to secure.chequeprint.ca to 301 those urls
- Revised all Google ads – adjusting the prices in the ads and adding proper new URL’s
- Added Google Analytics to the site and set up dashboard and weekly reporting
- Created a Google Webmaster Tools account – linked it to website and analytics and submitted the sitemap so Google could start indexing the new site.
- Created new navigation map and revised the menu on the website to reflect changes
- Fixed caching issue on the main page and pricing from a range to “From” values
- Restructured all the pages into proper parent and child format for stronger search engine optimization
- Revised urls to more search friendly and/or relevant terms
- Created new title tags and meta descriptions for pages, products and posts
- Reviewed crawl errors in Webmaster Tools and sent through sitemap errors for correction
