Semi Annual Onsite Review
- Review digital marketing overall to see what’s working to bring in new clients using:
- Your Google Analytics
- Your Social Media Activity
- Your Newsletter Activity
- Your Form Submission
- Make recommendations for improvement and include additional fees (if any) required to complete recommendations
- Complete agreed upon recommended changes in the next period.
Website Changes
- Complete website content changes in a timely fashion (normally within 2 business days unless sizable amount of changes).
- While programming changes are not included, we will endeavor to complete small programming changes if deemed simple and not to complex.
- Maintain plugin updates to the site
- Integrate codes for programs such as Call Rail to the site
- Add a blog and add posts when Julie is ready to add these features
Bi-Monthly Content Development & Newsletter Distribution
- Work with Julie on an annual content calendar for the newsletter
- Update contact list before each distribution
- Create one blog post (up to 500 words) once every 2 months
- Create and send one newsletter once every 2 months
