Monthly Marketing Support

  • Create monthly newsletter
  • Create 1 community highlight for newsletter and add to community on website as well
  • Create 1 Market Update for the blog
  • Create 1 Credible Backlink

Annual Initiatives

1.    Optimization of the site content

  • Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, anchor text formatting for main pages, my real page pages and community pages
  • Optimize alt tags in images
  • Set up IP Filters in Google Analytics for Waller Home IP and S4S IP so they don’t show up in analytics
  • Add a Reviews/Testimonials page to the website

2.    Google Local

  • Connect Google+ page and Google My Business page
  • Add in local address
  • Build 50 Citations to directories
  • Create Geo micro-formatting

3.    Restructure Pages

  • Review navigation map of entire site and decide on consistent top level pages and subpages and then rearrange the site to this format and check crawl errors for any pages that didn’t transfer page links correctly.
  • Fix canonical tags as not defaulting to “/” like they should
  • Create a Privacy Page
  • Change H1 formatting to H2, H3 so there is only one H1 on each page

4.    Create the Community Template to fit with the new MRP plug in.

  • Create wireframe
  • Look for ways to easily integrate information for all communities to make inputting easier
  • Develop the template
  • Work with Lana’s inputter to ensure pages get added correctly and look nice or get a quote to have someone input
  • Set up SEO formatting for community pages.

5.    Take down IDX Broker

  • Set up redirect for links
  • Change Mortgage Calculator and other page links
  • Check site for links to above pages
  • Adjust Google Search Console (aka Webmaster Tools) to integrate with new MRP plug in and watch crawl errors for first month.

6.    Change Default Template

  • Enlarge Container size

7.    Annual Marketing Review and Meeting to Set Next Year’s Priorities
